Hassle-Free Returns

We want your shopping experience at The Kellee Collective to be the absolute best!  If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! 

We know, returns can be a pain in the butt!  We’ve worked really hard to keep the returns process simple so you can stay FABULOUS.  We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know what to expect.

All we need you to do is email us at info@thekelleecollective.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and let us know whether you'd like to return or exchange your item(s).  Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable. We’ll take it from there! 

*Please allow 2-5 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Now with that said....

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. 

If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us at info@thekelleecollective.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. 

If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us at info@thekelleecollective.com as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!

Please see our simple steps and procedures for returns below:

  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact. 
  • Please DO NOT get makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair or any other stain on your new clothes when trying them on. Any item returned with stains we will be subject to a 30% cleaning fee. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the store credit.
  • Merchandise may be returned for a Gift Card Code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.  You may then apply this to your next order! 
  • Returns should be postmarked 10 days from the delivery date.
  • All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
  • Discounts on original orders are not subject to be transferred to a new order.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your gift card code to be processed.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  
  • A gift card notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item.
  • Different orders can be sent together; please know each order will receive a separate gift card code.

Exchanges

We have a limited number of The Kellee Collective styles featured on the site at any time and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange.  But don't worry, we feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and we’ll issue you a store credit as soon as possible!  If the right style is available in the correct size, you can use your new e-gift card to buy it!

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Sometimes sh*t happens and you need to change or cancel your order.  We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately at info@thekelleecollective.com. Our packing and shipping time is super fast.  Once we begin to process your order (usually within 1-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order as it's status will be fulfilled.
